Spiritual

Must be Born Again; rooted and grounded in the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Must be ordained or ordination is pending.
Must be able to articulate “gifts” that God has given to them to carry out the duties and responsibilities as a Pastor.
Must be able to articulate and perform Pastoral Care Qualities for the church.

Educational

Must have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in Arts and Sciences orBachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Social Science from an accredited undergraduate College/University.
Must have completed a Master of Divinity Degree or higher from an accredited Seminary/ Theological School.
Will consider a Dual Degree or Master Degree in Divinity/ Christian Education with primary emphasis in Preaching/ Bible.

Administrative/ Community

Must understand the meaning of Community / Church Involvement.
Must have a commitment to involving the youth/young adults of the church.
Must be a leader of the congregation; able to identify the training/leadership needs of the congregation.

General/Other

Associate Minister

Must be a Family Person.
Must submit a cover letter, Resume’, three (3) references, and a copy of your Certificate of Ordination by email or postal service.
Must have knowledge and skills in technology such as Zoom, electronic communication, and audio visual.

The pastor’s salary and benefits package is negotiable.
