6018 - Organizing and Administering the Church School/Sunday School – Students will concentrate on the various administrative tasks needed to direct the Church School ministry.  Students will focus on a variety of administrative functions, to include recruiting, staffing, planning, programming, curriculum, budgeting, policy making, supervision, delegation, and evaluation.

Discovering their spiritual gift(s) will prepare them to move into meaningful areas of service where they best fit into the body of Christ.

TRACK II: The 3-in-1 Seminar (For Young Adults and those who work with Young Adults)
TOPIC: Go Young: Embracing the Call to Reach and Retain Young Adults in the Church

This class will focus on equipping leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy for reaching and retaining young adults. The session will also facilitate a brainstorming session for identifying and overcoming the barriers that prevent churches from impacting the next generation.
