Greetings,
President Corbett continuously exclaims, “we are moving cautious and courageously!” Because of your seriousness and support we have had no Covid-19 outbreaks in any Convention setting and for that we give all glory to God!
We invite you to the Annual GMBC Pastors, Moderators and Ministers’ Conference, 2022 Maximum Impact Conference. This year’s theme: Recharge for Maximum Impact. The dates this year will be May 9 – 12th at the Marriott Macon Centreplex Hotel, 200 Coliseum Drive, Macon, GA. Call for reservations: 478-621-5300.The hotel group rate is $125.00 per night plus tax. The deadline for making hotel reservations is April 22nd. Registration opens Monday, 1:30 p.m., Opening Worship Service, 3:00 p.m.
CDC Guidelines will be strictly followed. Again, this year, for safety reasons the Conference will be in a large room with social distance seating. Just as last year, this year it will be extremely important to pre-register. You do not want to miss this conference because you failed to register in enough time. Reminder: per CDC guidelines if you are having any of the Covid-19 symptoms such as fever or chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, cough, or any other covid-19 symptoms, please refrain from attending the conference this year. “FACE MASK REQUIRED”
We will have some of the nation’s best preachers and presenters, such as: Dr. Phillip L. Pointer, Sr., Senior Pastor of Saint Mark Baptist Church, Little Rock, Arkansas; Reverend Frank Kennedy, Jr., Executive Pastor of the New Mount Olive Baptist Church, Ft Lauderdale Florida; Rev. Dr. Charles Goodman, Senior Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church Augusta Georgia; Rev. Dr. L.K. Pendleton, L.K. Ministries, and Reverend Dr. Danielle L. Brown, Senior Pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Church Plainfield, New Jersey.
You will have four days of power packed sessions that will maintain your interest throughout the during of the conference. We truly believe you will experience a powerful, productive, and prolific ministers’ conference in which God will get all the Glory!
To make this event a success, WE NEED YOU to help meet our expectations of having another powerful conference! We are calling on ALL Pastors, Ministers, and Moderators to be in attendance for what is shaping up to be a dynamic and informative conference! Don’t just come but bring another Minister with you to experience the 2022 GMBC Ministers’ Conference. Remember this is a conference setting; feel free to wear semi-casual and comfortable attire.
Attendee Registration: Moderators, Pastors & Ministers - $125.00, non-clergy – spouses $75.00. You “must register” to attend Conference Breakout Sessions and Evening Worship Experiences. Conference Badges must be worn to enter all Breakout Sessions and Worship Services.
